REDCAN has confirmed it will respond to the government’s call for evidence for the new Mental Health Strategy for England.

Eating disorders have among the highest mortality rates of any mental illness, yet too many people still wait too long for the right support. Our response will draw on the experience of our member charities and the people they support, calling for earlier intervention and properly funded community services.

We will publish a summary of our submission here once it has been finalised.
